Aihua Motors adapts its customer service management to bring customers what they need before, during, and after a sale. We welcome customer feedback to help improve our customer service for every current and future customer. The sales department collects customer feedback and sends information to the appropriate department to resolve problems. The technical department handles customer feedback about product returns to help prevent further product defects.
Customer feedback regarding the products of Aihua Motors will be recorded and reported to the corresponding department involved in the feedback. The departments involved review the feedback and make adjustments to the production line to ensure quality. The customer who sent the feedback will be contacted to confirm the adjustments that have been made. If a customer would like to return products, they would need to contact their sales representative and clearly state why they are returning their products. If the return is accepted, a Product Return Management Form needs to be issued. The product model, shipment code, status, and reason for return needs to be clearly identified. The quality engineer will receive a copy of the Product Return Management Form and arrange for the return of the products according to the contract signed by the customer. Returned products will be analyzed. Inspectors will examine the products for defects to find a solution and improve the quality of the production.
