Warranty & Return Policy

Aihua Motors has standardized the transaction procedure for returned product to include raw material, semi-manufactured, finished products, and delivered products. 

 

Contingency Procedures


Special Purchase Problem:
Inventory that has been processed multiple times or repaired can be purchased, but the quality might not perform as precisely as the complete product shipment. The buyer will need to perform further tests before using these products to ensure their quality.  
 
Normal Quality Problem:
The output of the product does not match the original design specifications. The product does not affect use of the product, and the customer doesn’t send customer feedback.  
 
Serious Quality Problem:
The output of the product does not match the original design, it does affect use of the product, and the customer sends feedback about the problem.  
 
Inspect Products at Delivery: 
The customer’s product inspector will test products arriving at the customer’s warehouse.  If any products need to be returned, the supply department at Aihua Motors will need to be informed. A purchased material inspection record will need to be submitted along with a sample of the products that need t be returned. 
 
Returning Products to Aihua Motors:
When a customer finds products that don’t match their specifications, they need to record the model, status, quantity, and reason for the unqualified product. This report needs to be submitted to the quality department of Aihua Motors. The quality department will test and confirm the unqualified product or inform the technician to further analyze the product.  The quality department will then create a report for their test results and send it to the engineering department to confirm the unqualified product. The technical department will create a plan to correct the problem and set up precautionary measures to prevent the problem from happening again.  
 
Dachangjiang and Suzuki Part Returns:
If the customer is returning products from Dachangjiang or Suzuki, they will be analyzed by the market failure division and improvement task group of Aihua Motors.  
 
Reviewing Product Returns:
The supply, quality, and engineering departments review the quality of the products being returned to Aihua Motors and decide if the products return can be accepted.   
 
Products that need to be processed again or repaired will be proceed in 24 hours after receiving technical notes from the engineering department. These products are recorded, traced, and tested to ensure quality. 
 
Accepting a Return at Aihua Motors:
If the supply department from Aihua Motors accepts the product returns, the customer’s product inspector will be informed.  That person will need to mark the products that are going to be returned. When the products are returned, they will be stored in a return product area for inspection.  
 
Accepting Concessions on a Return at Aihua Motors:
If the products are accepted by concessions, the will be inspected by the engineering department to see if they can be processed again or repaired.  The quality status of the customer will also be reviewed.
